Tweet Catholic is just a place to help build up the Catholic community on Twitter. We have a couple of main features on the site so far to help us do this.

First, “The List.” This is just a list of Catholics on Twitter. They are ranked by who is most followed. Any Catholic “tweeter” can be on this list. Just let us know and we’ll add you. However, you must have “catholic” somewhere in your twitter profile description, be in communion with Rome and the Pope, and your Catholic beliefs must be reflected in your tweets.

This does not mean every tweet has to be about something Catholic. But we want to build a community of twitter users who truly believe in their Catholic faith and who strive to live that out in every aspect of their lives.

Second, “The Feed.” This is the most recent tweets from the most popular Catholics on Twitter. It’s a good place to see what the Catholic buzz is on Twitter and maybe find other Catholics you want to follow.

Third, “Ideas.” Use this section to give us suggestions for improvement or to share ideas for future features on TweetCatholic.com. We will constantly be looking for ways to improve this site and make it more useful for us all. So don’t hesitate to share any bright ideas with us if you think it would help!
